The land of the Arabs will return to meadows and rivers
Handle with care. Do not claim the hadith predicted centre-pivot irrigation. Present the irrigation as one current development and the palaeoclimate cycle as the other.

The Prophet said the Hour would not begin until the land of the Arabs once again becomes meadows and rivers.
The Islamic position
Two independent lines now support it: centre-pivot irrigation of fossil water since the 1980s, and palaeoclimate research on a cyclically green Arabia.
Analysis
The detail worth highlighting is the word "once again" — the narration presupposes that Arabia was green before, which is now the scientific consensus based on fossil lake beds and animal remains across the peninsula. That is a claim about the past embedded in a claim about the future, and it was not available to a seventh-century observer. Whether the current irrigation counts as fulfilment is arguable; the palaeoclimate framing is the stronger half.
