By creating an account or using Dawah Bible you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Karmali Investments; our full company details and registered address are being finalised and will be published here shortly.

Free access

Dawah Bible is free to use. We may change, add or remove material and features, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you think someone else is using your account. You must be 13 or older. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

How the material should be used

The content is provided for study, research and respectful dialogue. Scholarly works, translations and quotations are credited on the cards where they appear and remain the property of their authors and publishers. You may quote and share material for personal study and dawah, with attribution. You may not resell it, republish the library wholesale, or present it as your own work.

Respectful use

You agree not to use the app to insult, harass or incite hatred against anyone, to misrepresent other faiths or their scriptures, to break the law, or to attack or disrupt the service. Dawah is to be given with wisdom and beautiful preaching.

AI answers

The AI companion is a study aid, not a scholar and not a source of religious rulings. It can be incomplete or wrong. Always check the cited sources and consult a qualified scholar before relying on anything for a fatwa or a public claim.

Donations

All donations support Dawah Bible's not-for-profit Dawah activities. This includes keeping the app running, producing and buying Dawah material and printed Qurans, funding Dawah initiatives and outreach, and adding new content. Donations are voluntary and are not a purchase; they do not unlock features, and everything in the app stays free either way. Card payments are handled by Stripe on behalf of Karmali Investments — we never see your card details. Monthly support renews automatically each month until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Settings; cancelling stops future payments. Because donations are gifts, they are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where a payment was clearly made in error — contact us and we will put it right.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the app running but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free, and it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions? Email salim@dawahbible.org.
