The claim being examined
A pile of examples convinces no one unless you draw them together at the end.
The Islamic position
Ask one question: if one book preserves God's oneness and the honour of the prophets and the other does not, which is the measure of the other?
Analysis
The close should not add new material. Its job is to name the pattern the examples have made visible: the Qur'an differs from the biblical account almost exclusively where God's oneness, a prophet's integrity, or plain justice is at stake — never randomly, never over trivia. Then one question, asked once and left in the air: which of the two is functioning as the criterion? Do not answer it for them. Three things help at this point. First, offer a translation of the Qur'an in their language, or the link to Surah Yusuf or Surah Maryam specifically, since both are narratives they already partly know and both read well cold. Second, leave the relationship intact and undamaged — Q 2:256 states there is no compulsion in religion, and guidance is not in your hands (Q 28:56). Third, expect the delay: almost nobody reverts in the conversation where the argument is made. Your task was to give the criterion honestly and to be the kind of person they would come back to. Make du'a for them afterwards, and be reachable.

لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ
There is no compulsion in religion. The right course has become distinct from the wrong.
إِنَّكَ لَا تَهْدِي مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ
Indeed, you do not guide whom you like, but God guides whom He wills.
