The claim being examined
Isaiah records God speaking in the first person singular, denying any other deity beside him.
The Islamic position
Islam reads these verses exactly as written. Allah (SWT) declares in the Qur'an the same absolute exclusivity.
Analysis
Isaiah 40-55, often called Deutero-Isaiah, contains the sharpest monotheistic statements in the Hebrew Bible. Scholars read them as a against Babylonian polytheism.

وَإِلَـٰهُكُمْ إِلَـٰهٌۭ وَٰحِدٌۭ ۖ لَّآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
wa-ilāhukum ilāhun wāḥidun lā ilāha illā huwa l-raḥmānu l-raḥīmu
And your God is one God. There is no deity except Him, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.
