G — Order in creation points to intelligence

Handle with care. If they raise natural selection here, do not fight it — that belongs to the evolution contention card, and it does not touch the origin of the universe.

• 1.**Order implies intelligence.** Find the word ‘hello’ written in the sand and you never conclude the waves did it.
• 2.**The scale implies power.** Whoever set galaxies and orbits in place has ability far beyond ours — we cannot create a fly.
• 3.**The Qur'an calls it a sign,** not a proof to be forced: signs are for those who reflect.
• 4.**Use their world.** A factory running itself, a phone assembling itself — nobody accepts these.

The claim being examined

Order is not the kind of thing chance produces. Where we see it, we infer a mind — everywhere except when the conclusion is unwelcome.

The Islamic position

The precision of the solar system, the alternation of night and day, the fine order of the natural world: the Qur'an calls these signs for people who think.

Analysis

Q 3:190 frames the argument as an invitation to observation rather than a syllogism: the alternation of night and day is offered as a sign for ulul-albab, people of understanding. The manual's two illustrations — writing in sand, and waking up inside a working jeans factory — both work by isolating the intuition we already apply everywhere else. The strength of the analogy is psychological rather than deductive, so present it as ‘this is how you already reason’, not as a knockdown proof.
