The claim being examined
Genesis 27 has Jacob disguise himself in goatskins and lie repeatedly to his blind father to steal his brother's blessing.
The Islamic position
The Qur'an gives Yaqub, peace be upon him, as a prophet of patience and insight, chosen and made a leader who guided by God's command.
Analysis
Genesis 27 is a sustained deception: at Rebekah's prompting, Jacob covers his hands and neck with goatskins, wears Esau's clothes, brings his blind father food, and answers "I am Esau your firstborn" — then, pressed, invokes God's name to explain his speed. The blessing obtained this way is treated in the narrative as irrevocable. The Qur'anic Yaqub belongs to a different moral world. He appears principally in Surah Yusuf, where he immediately discerns the brothers' lie about the wolf and responds not with counter-scheming but with "beautiful patience" (sabrun jamil, Q 12:18, 12:83), and where his eyes whiten with grief yet he says "I only complain of my anguish and my sorrow to God" (Q 12:86). Q 21:72-73 records that God granted him along with Ishaq and made them leaders guiding by His command, and Q 38:45-47 names Ibrahim, Ishaq and Yaqub together as possessors of strength and vision, chosen and among the outstanding. The contrast to draw is not simply that one Jacob lies and the other does not; it is that one obtains God's blessing by fraud and the other receives it by being chosen.

وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا
And We made them leaders, guiding by Our command.
فَصَبْرٌ جَمِيلٌ وَاللَّهُ الْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَىٰ مَا تَصِفُونَ
So patience is most fitting, and God is the one sought for help against what you describe.
